Partner FAQ
Questions agencies ask before working together.
Clear boundaries are part of delivery—not something to negotiate after a client engagement has started.
01Do you provide white-label software development for agencies?+
Yes. We can work under your brand, inside your tools and communication process, with visibility and client-contact boundaries agreed before the engagement begins.
02Who is the partner program designed for?+
Digital, branding, marketing, product, and consulting agencies; independent consultants and fractional CTOs; systems integrators; software vendors; and technology providers whose clients need capabilities beyond their current team.
03Can we remain the primary client contact?+
Yes. In a white-label model, your team can remain the primary client contact. For co-delivery, roles and communication routes are made explicit so the client experiences one coordinated team.
04How do referral commissions work?+
Referral compensation is agreed in writing before commercial work begins. The structure depends on the opportunity, your involvement, the engagement model, and the responsibilities each party retains.
05What can Digital Horizon Group deliver for our clients?+
We cover custom software, web and mobile applications, customer portals, CRM, APIs, automation, applied AI, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, Linux engineering, and ongoing technology support.
06How do we start a partnership?+
Share one real client need, capability gap, or repeatable opportunity. We will confirm fit, choose the appropriate referral, white-label, or co-delivery model, and document boundaries before any commitment.
